Please join us this year, as we honor Black History Champions & Unsung Heroes — community members whose dedication, creativity, and leadership have strengthened Baltimore’s Black community.
We’re looking for those unsung heroes — whose impact is powerful, even if their recognition is long overdue. Nominations are open to individuals who live, work, or serve in Baltimore City, with priority given to those connected to District 4. Nominations close January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Public voting opens February 5, 2026 and closes on February 15, 2026 on www.conway4baltimore.com.
Meet Mark
Mark Conway is an experienced public servant and community leader who represents the Fourth District on the Baltimore City Council. He is working in City Hall to make the district and Baltimore a safer and more prosperous place for every family.
